What a truly professional colour and style from Karen and her staff. I would highly recommend Paradigm and wouldnt trust anyone else to colour and cut my hair. Lovely salon with great atmosphere and expert staff.

Absolutely appalled! Been getting Brazilian keratin blow drys here for a while now as theyre the only place that does them locally. Went in for an appointment yesterday with a different woman than the one Id booked with since theyd messed up the schedule. This woman was so rough with my hair literally ripping it out that the floor around the chair was covered (I didnt get it cut!) and my scalp was really sore. During the straightening part of the process she was straightening over knots and my hair was coming out in clumps. I was too embarrassed to say anything at the time but after getting a second opinion I decided to go back in and ask for a partial refund as I was really unsatisfied with the service which cost me a whopping 150 quid. She then shouted at me saying she had done an "excellent job" which it doesn't take a genius to see that she didn't considering the very noticeable damage done. Not to mention the fact that she didn't even part my hair to apply the product and at the end of the appointment put it two thirds of the way across my head having not even asked where I usually wear it. I have always been complimented on the health of my hair including by hairdressers and now I have horrible breakage. To make matters worse the treatment (which Ive had done countless times) didnt even hold due to her poor application. Will not be returning and recommend that you steer clear as well! Note that Ive never once been so unhappy with a service that Ive complained nor written a bad review.
