        My mum's cat stays here - she is very well looked after and the staff genuinely care for and about the cats. The cat quarters are bright, airy and clean with a choice of sleeping areas. Thank you for taking care of her.

        We have left our two cats Bonnie and Luna with Karen and Lidia at West Grove several times and long periods and the cats were very well looked after in beautiful pens with lovely surroundings. So so clean and spacious pens ! They are very caring and always answer our messages promptly . So kind and helpful. I am very grateful for this 5* cattery . We even got lovely photos of them from Karen while on vacation. So thoughtful.

        Lovely, spotlessly clean, spacious accommodation. We have been seeing the same staff since taking our cat there for the past 7 years. Always feel at ease knowing she'll be well looked after while we're away. Thank you West Grove
