Sunny weather's just reminded me of our terrible experience with a Champagne Hot Air Balloon Flight for two voucher with this company back in 2007. The voucher was meant to be good for a year - which in reality it wasn't as it seems the balloons don't fly for several months owing to seasonal conditions. Then we experienced three short notice flight cancellations, rude/disinterested customer service and a complete lack of interest/empathy up to the point when the vouchers expired, with no option for a refund. Maybe they're better now - but I wouldn't pay anything until you're actually in a balloon.
