I chose this company based on the online reviews. However, this was a BIG mistake as this company its not reliable at all. I have contact them and they said they could come around very next day to fix my windscreen. The day after at the time arranged no one did show up so I called them, they said that they are on the middle of another fixing and my car would be next but definitely the will do job on the day. Patiently I have waited to the end of the day, by the end of the day I called them again I was surprised when the person on the phone said they could not do it on the day anymore... (Perhaps contact the costumers with updates would be more professional). So we arranged another appointment for the next morning at 9 AM, by the time they should show up received one text message saying sorry mate cannot do the job today what a joke of costumers service nonexistence very bad organised lack of professionalism. If you need a windscreen replacement find another company and do not rely on the good reviews you find on here as they do not represent the reality. Could not give less than one start otherwise I definitely would.
