The Nurse Practitioner Tinu Oguus is so fantastic. She always gives you time and is always thorough with your concerns. She is extremely reassuring and always gives great advice and guidance. We have seen her a few times for ourselves and our children and she always discusses our concerns and goes above and beyond to help. Thank you so much Tinu

Doesn't deserve even a single star. This GP practice makes it nearly impossible to see a GP these days. We can't call and make an appointment. We need to use an online form. After the form has been filled, a couple of days later, a nurse would call up but not a GP. Should they call themselves a Nurse Surgery then? I haven't been able to see a GP there for months. Currently, trying to use the online form on the "econsult" platform, but this platform is not working at the moment. I have the NHS app and trying there, but the GP practice isn't able to accept online appointment from there either. It therefore seems practically impossible to book a GP at this surgery. I definitely do not recommend this GP surgery. Having said that, if you are ever able to see a GP there, Dr Nicholls is very professional and helpful!

I am sending the most genuine thanks to Morecambe Surgery GP to appreciate Aysha who has assisted me to get the treatment I have been seeking for since this morning and I had no support until she came in this evening and helped me with my concern which did not need doctors consultation yet everyone I have been speaking to was referring to the doctor who did not even called me. I am greatly thankful to Aysha. This is not the first time Aysha has assisted me but she has a unique way of supporting patients. Aysha really demonstrated the 6Cs NHS. She served me with care and compassion and with good communication skills. She ensured my concern is done and dealt with before hanging up the phone. I sincerely want to thank you Aysha for your wonderful service and kind gesture can never thank you enough for all your services. Miss Shamim Serwanga
