The Flower Lodge - London

Recently ordered a wreath, although I live a long distance away. Sue was extremely helpful throughout. She had problems getting contact with the funeral directors but she didnt give up she made sure they received the wreath going that extra mile personally. Sue kept me informed at all times and sent me a picture of the wreath and the card she had written on our behalf. Excellent customer service and the wreath was everything and more, beautiful.

The floral tributes for my husband were absolutely amazing. I would have no hesitation in recommending The Flower Lodge and would certainly use them again.

I can thoroughly recommend the Flower Lodge and Sue. We wanted some flowers made for my mums funeral. We looked on Sues website and paid her a visit. We were shown the range that she does and were so impressed. All the people that attended said how beautiful the flower arrangements were. We could not have asked for better. The arrangements were exactly as on the website and we asked Sue to match it all in. This she did. I would have no problem recommending Sue and her service.
