The one that didn't need altering was taken up an inch. They cut it off and then phoned to make sure it was OK. They then stitched it back on but the wrong way so it looks unfinished and tacky. They took the other 2 dresses up but the over skirt, they left down so they were still too long! I had to go back the following day to collect them when they had done it right. I have a broken foot at the moment and this was very inconvenient. I am definitely NOT happy with the service and wouldn't reccomend them.
