Oddly, the receptionists arent the worst part and theyve been pretty friendly and helpful to the extent that NHS resources allow. However, the GPs are disgracefully poor. You see a different one each time as new ones seem to pop up so they have no idea who you are or what your medical history is, recent or otherwise. Most of the time they seem lost - senile at best and incompetent at worse. My partner who is registered with another GP was shocked that the surgery does not follow up and book in medication reviews for you or chase up any other treatments. If I die or top myself its the weird GPs fault.

I have called this gp as soon as it has opened and it been telling me "you are first in the queue "for 30min and when the pick up there are no appointments also the people in reception are really rude

I have avoided contacting the surgery due to my experiences with the rudest reception staff and Dr who does not have time for your ailments. Not sad to leave, there are much better surgery's out there. Would have rated 0 if I could.

Worst place ever to join doctors dont listen to you and tell you what ur feeling.receptionist even worse, keep changing the rules as they go. Stay away

Unhygienic surgery, mould on the ceiling. Im surprised they are still operating. I had an internal examination and ended up with an infection, nurse wasnt wearing her mask and she was constantly coughing. Almost impossible getting an appointment to be seen.
