        The surgery service is disgusting, ever time I ring I cant get an appointment. I always speak to the same receptionist and she is rude. Im a Type 1 diabetic and have epilepsy, I become so unwell recently that I had to ring 999, the next day this surgery calls me. The doctors are great but the receptionist team are awful:

        Worse place Ive been too. Ever since covid can not get an appointment and when asking for a repeat doctors certificate, takes ages had to go in person as they wont pick up the phone . Evey time that I go there place is empty yet can not get an appointment. Not to mention rude

        Probably down there with one of the worst GPs in country. From the receptionists to the doctors, shockingly unprofessional and shockingly clueless. Needs to be closed by the local council.

        In 4 weeks i have had 2 app/ments cancel as not got an nurse for doing cervical screening, got letter in post from Dec 2022, god knows when i get it done.

        Constantly disappointed with the service at this doctors. I can never get an appointment for my child and the receptionist have a nasty attitude. They need to employ more people or close the service
