Car breakdown on A303 and via Direct Line this Recovery company came to our rescue. Kerry arrived within the hour after our call and attempted to trace the fault. Major engine problem so not fixable at roadside. Kerry then took us and our vehicle to Taunton where another Rivermead Recovery vehicle was waiting to take us back home. Kerry was just great - really friendly and very professional. From Taunton it was Wendy who took us the rest of the journey. Wendy was also really friendly and helpful and a very careful driver and careful with loading and off loading our vehicle. These two people made a very difficult day much better because of their professionalism and friendly attitude. Would not hesitate to use this company again. My breakdown service were too busy so, outsourced recovery to Rivermead. Their office phoned me to confirm someone was on their way and duly, they arrived. The entire service was fantastic, the driver especially so. He called me when my vehicle had reached its destination and confirmed all was well.
