The highest possible level of service. When the bottom bracket on my daughters bracket failed, Tom met us in his van, replaced the bearings, greased them up and had us back on the road within 45minutes. That included a swift overall service of the entire bike. The price was also very reasonable. I can't recommend Cruising Cogs highly enough.

Excellent friendly thorough service and sound advice on the upkeep of my bike. I would recommend Tom to all my friends young and old. I would rather use an independent business than a big chain, as have had problems with them in the past, as i am a keen cyclist and do many miles on my bike. Fantastic customer service at Cruising Cogs. Tom was swift to reply to my email & even called to discuss requirements. Bike was booked in promptly with a choice of riding over to the workshop or serviced at home. Great attention to detail, clearly knows his stuff & was happy to answer any questions or queries (regardless of how daft they were!). Made a complete bike rookie like myself feel very much at home & confident that the work carried out was to a good standard & required. The bike felt great on the ride home & I'm looking forward to putting in some serious miles over the summer! Highly recommended, I wont be stepping foot in another large store again unless its for a new pair of shorts......

Toms service is the very best you will get , I have 5 bikes which he looks after so well for me . No job is too small , big or difficult for Tom he really is passionate about bikes and it shows in his high standard of service. He looks after my sons bike and a friend of mine and we all agree we wouldnt use anyone else. He is very professional and friendly.
