        Spent an hour on the phone to out of hours breakdown with no answer. Following day eventually got through aa dispatched un able to repair taken to doncaster. Informed that the vehicle should be ready Monday so work on over weekend. Arrived Monday as no further information available on request to be told vehicle not ready and wasn't even looked at. Staff in office need a lesson in customer relations.

        This is a holding centre for brand new vehicles. The yard was spacious and immaculate. The staff member examined and accepted the vehicle in a proffesional and friendly manner
