Very hard to get through the reception by phone and if you get in the queue you are lucky if you are number 26 . I never had any issues getting my blood tested but all the time I got to have one , nurses literally butchered my arms , so now I am traumatised , thank you! Recently I went with pelvic pain, the doctor insisted it was a water infection (which I had few times in the past so I know what it is) , I was sure it wasnt this time, he wanted to give me antibiotics even before to test my urine, so I refused them , bottom line it wasnt a water infection.
When the doctor give the call back it always feels like they got better things to do so better hurry up explaining my problems. Some receptionist are far kinder than the doctors. So 5 stars to the receptionists and 1 to doctors
