I'm sure the staff are great if you could actually see/meet/speak to them,every time I phone I'm number 26 which is strange, that's approximately 30 minutes wait. Mine is just a general question about the flu jab and a review. I feel for the people who are really poorly. The Web site is poor as well.

Such a shame, the receptionists are lovely, very helpful, but the practice is supposed to be "veteran" friendly (or whatever it is) I'm not sure what they do for Veterans, I went in and spoke to the lady looking after veterans and asked a question last year, I've been in again and left a message asking for her to call me, and have phoned twice to speak to her, but she's never been there, and again left messages for her I'm still waiting The doctors I've seen aren't much better, they certainly don't listen to me, and in my opinion don't give a flying .....

I'm quite happy with the Surgery and staff they are very helpful I always sorted out my stuff with them and staff is very positive and cheerful thank you to all staff xxx
