        Fitted two multi burner stoves for me in my new home. Had serious problems with one of them but would not respond to calls, text or email. Promised a HETAS certification. Didnt get it. Contacted HETAS who stated that the instillations hadnt been registered. Had camera inspection from BFS Heating Services who showed me where the flue liner jas not been installed correctly and that the smoke from the stove was not going up the flue as it wasnt connected to the stove pipe. Cost 2500 to correct the work for proper installation. Asked them to do camera inspection of the other stove installed by Flames and I have the same problem - flue not connected to stove pipe. Another 2k to correct this one too. Steer well clear.
