Called Jason of Hawkins & Woolley yesterday at 11am yesterday, 20th November 2021. Explained that the central heating system of my disabled and vulnerable sister and brother-in-law, who live in Ramsey, Harwich, had broken down and asked if he could help. Jason was at their home to meet me by 3:30pm the same day to "check it out" and see what could be done, and without requiring a 'Call-Out Fee'. Within an hour and a half of his arrival, he had fixed the minor fault that had caused the boiler breakdown, given it a full sevice, left everything spotlessly clean and tidy and issued a remarkably great value invoice for his work! Meeting Jason was a real pleasure. He was exceptionally kind and friendly, as well as being understanding and considerate of my relatives' vulnerabilities and requirements. Jason is a true 'gentleman', a consumate professional in every respect and I cannot thank him enough!! My sister and brother-in-law will need additional plumbing and heating work doing very shortly. I can now rest easy in the knowledge that, in calling upon Jason again, they will most certainly be in safe hands! I therefore have not the slightest reservation in recommending him to anyone else.

I highly recommend Hawkins and Woolley. They arrived on time and installed our new Baxi combi boiler in just under 5 hours. Before they left, Jason explained what would happen to our old boiler and when we would get our registration certificate. Jason and his colleague were professional and friendly. I will definitely use them again.

Fitted new boiler worked professionally full system checked for operation on completion of installation. Once checks made the installation site was left clean and tidy, excellent job and great service.
