Have used Darren so many times in the past! Friendly and approachable, gives very good detailed quotations. He has always done a very good job with being clear about the work hes doing, his procedures and timings. Stays in touch and also is a very tidy worker. I have always found Darren to be about the quality rather than quantity. And is happy to answer any questions in a friendly manner. His plastering is like no other!

Initially had a great response, quote was provided quickly and was reasonable. However upon not arriving to the job- without informing us, I chased if he was coming to be then told he had been unable to get any diesel. We rebooked the job at which point I said I was disappointed to have had to chase him on a non show. To which I was berated for having a dig and told he would not come to the job. I find all of this very unprofessional. I dont think it is unreasonable to be told you are unable to do the job when the client is expecting you. Struggling to get diesel at the moment is reasonable, to know you dont have enough and to not contact the client with forewarning or on the morning is not professional and to then be childish just tops it off. Do not recommend.
