My partner has just attempted to pick up a prescription for myself and our 10 month old daughter. I was told by my doctor that it was sent and ready to collect so my partner did. When he got there, he asked if they had received them and the woman behind the counter said no. No problem. He continues to go to the shops while I ring the doctors back to double check its been sent over. The doctors said give it about half an hour and try again. So after informing my partner, he proceeds to go back to the pharmacy on his way back from the shops which was exactly half an hour later. He asked a different woman behind the counter if they had received them yet and was interrupted by the previous woman he initially spoke to. She said Ive already told you its not ready. which is unbelievably rude. When my partner tried to explain that we had contacted the doctors and gave us the instructions to wait half an hour and try again, she said well youre GP isnt here, are they followed by, I suggest you go and speak to your girlfriend. We have never been treated with such disrespect and sarcasm from a pharmacy and it is unacceptable. My daughter and I still havent received our prescriptions and once we finally do, we wont be using you again. Those women you have working for you chose to do this in front of our daughter and are lucky that my partner didnt cause more of a scene. Absolutely disgraceful.

Would recommend, which is a shame because you should support local but definitely go boots or doctors. Just dont go here.

Staff are so so rude , talk to you like a piece of dirt on the bottom of the shoe , takes half a day to get meds ready waste of time I would definitely not recommend !!!!!

Always reliable, always friendly and have on many occasions gone above and beyond for myself and my family. Other pharmacies in this town have let us down a fair few times so we switched to Day Lewis a few years ago and have never had a problem. We also get our flu jabs there as well. 5 stars from us :)

Excellent pharmacy, can't fault staff as all very helpful and on the ball. Only downside and not much they can do about it as its a small pharmacy is the consultation room, you can hear alot of what's being said inside while waiting in the shop to be served. But all you need to do is going in the more quiet times to avoid this problem. But the staff are some of the best I've come across in a pharmacy so all good
