Mum went into Watersview for respite care and we were so happy with the care and attention that she received from everyone at the home, they made her feel safe and more importantly happy. If I had to sum up Watersview in a few words it would be - Considerate, Kind, and Caring. If you are looking for a home from home for a loved one then this is a place you should consider. A big thank you to all the staff and to Claire, Ellie and Scott who my mum had a soft spot for as he always made her smile.

Management will amaze you how well they know their residents without having to look at paperwork, even better that Claire is hands on just as much as care/senior staff when ever needed. To me shows support and willing to work with her staff when hands on. Staff are amazingly caring and will go the extra mile to make people's loved ones smile. Lovely home made meals made by the chiefs and home made mouth watering cakes . Highly recommended for your loved one to recieve care or even if looking to join a small team to work.

The people are friendly and it is owned by a lovely family who wants to provide nothing less than outstanding care. If you are looking for a family second home with your relative or a very good staff who wants to work with an excellent management, Waters view is a good choice. HIghly recommended.

Where do I start, finding a residential home for a loved one is never an easy process, especially at the end of their life. The help, care and consideration we have received as a family has been heaven sent. Claire the manager has taken a pivotal role in helping with lots of issues from dealing with GP's, hospice and pharmacy. Having dealt with all this on my own for so long, I couldn't believe I now had someone to help shoulder the responsibility. The staff, well just amazing! Genuinely kind, compassionate and caring and not just with the patient. We are always offered tea and biscuits, a smile and a chat. We visit daily and are always impressed by the love and devotion that the staff show to all their patients and their visiting families. Mum had been in hospital for several weeks and was at deaths door when she arrived, well thanks to the care, kind words, incredible food, mum is like a new woman. She won't get better long term but would not be here now if it wasn't for this incredibly caring home. Mum was really not happy to go into a home, who would be? She didn't want to spend her last days in hospital and is now she is so happy to be in a home from home! even our dog is made welcome and staff give biscuits to the other residents to feed him, melts your heart. The home is run by a lovely family, staffed by genuinely caring & kind people, I just wish mum had came here sooner. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this home for respite care, nursing care and dementia care. With the constant chats with staff that mum gets is so important as she is bedridden but has really helped with her mind and mental well being. This is a nursing home where you come to start living.
