Always friendly and helpful staff this was a while back. Today waiting behind one person buying multiple lottery tickets, another buying multiple scratchcards and another buying packets of cigarettes it was my turn. Two magazines exact money ready I then wanted to cash in 5 lottery tickets for tonight's roll down jackpot. Told that's a lot of tickets and can I go to the back of the queue and let others get served. These people had just joined the queue so I said no. I got given all the lucky dips but none of the money I had won. So I had to go through all the receipts and show them the 25 in payments. So the queue had to wait longer. They used to have the same reliable staff but now have a massive turnover and for the worse unfortunately
