I havent received my order which was paid for online almost a month ago, and I also havent received any response to emails Ive sent asking for an update on it. The company also have not been answering the phone number provided on their website. Appalling lack of customer service.

Useless company, Absolutely appalling customer service done first order some time ago was told order hadnt been picked up on the system they will send refund and to order again but are going on holiday so order on the 19th May to guarantee they will be back - done this heard nothing regarding dispatch no update on website account - emailed Tina to confirm have received this order for her to say will be posted Monday 23rd. Then nothing no delivery on emailed again on 30th to say they will be sent out Tuesday and nothing - email after email and unanswered phone call after unanswered phone call we gave up and requested a refund as 16 days after order and still nothing thankfully we ordered through PayPal so refund easier - would give them 0 stars if I could AVOID with all costs if you dont want your items to be delivered

Terrible customer service Terrible customer service. 1st order placed- no correspondence at all for delivery after 1 week, cancelled via PayPal and refunded immediately. Tina from Chic Feet then responded saying she had refunded payment, I explained I still needed the shoes for a function the following week and she said if I replaced the order she would send them out the following Monday . Shoes never arrived and Im still waiting, Tina refuses to answer any emails and not answering the phone. Luckily I ordered via PayPal so will now cancel this order. Dont waste your time and money with this company

As previously stated not recorded order, been 2 months, no reply from emails or answer of phone. Scam scam scam
