I've been a patient at this GP's for 8 years, in the last 4 I've been completely unable to see or speak to a GP (I've been forced to use Babylon to speak to GPs). The only reason I've given one star is because it won't let me post a zero star rating. In the first 4 years they were excellent and operated a system where you phoned booked a call with your GP, the GP phoned you and then if needed would book an appointment (normally within a couple of days), However, now they have moved to a lottery system, where you must phone in at 8am on the day to get a phone call (no in-person) appointment, this means the automated system answer the phone puts you in a queue which only allows 50 people in the queue (or it simply hangs up on you). If you are lucky enough to get through by 8:04 all the appointments have gone.

All Colleagues here including Doctors Nurses and Admin are under Huge pressure. They do not have enough Doctors to serve the huge community the Surgery covers. Why would a Doctor travel to Harwich when better pay and less travelling is available near or around London. Cut these guys a bit of slack instead of pummelling them on a daily basis. From me thank you for doing your best in torrid times.

This place is the reason the NHS will be privatised. UPDATE 12/4/23 After calling the day before and being told Dr Abu seido would be in Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, I then called the next day (Wednesday) I then finally was able to get through, after getting disconnected four times, to sit on hold for 1 hour to then be told Dr Abu Seido isn't in untill next week and to call back then. I was told I couldn't see it speak to a doctor and only physio was offered. Wonderful waste of my time

Been told my now GP which has changed and I was not made aware of only work Tuesday and Friday and as she is fully booked today then call Friday. This is getting worse I know the are short staffed and the reception team are trying but this service is not good enough and is letting the community down.
