William H Brown Estate Agents

Have used William Brown as a letting agent for a while now. Its been Daniel Morgan who has been dealing with the property for me, and I have always found Dan to provide and outstanding service. He is always on hand to help, and nothing is ever too much trouble for him. The service he has provided to both myself and my tenants has been second to none, and I am very grateful for Dans assistance. I would definitely recommend him and William Brown to others. Thanks Dan for always going above and beyond, youre a real asset to the company.

My experience with the Harwich Dovercourt Branch, and Robert Ellen, the Assistant Branch Manager in particular, is awful. Ellen actively advertised, discussed and booked appointments with myself to view houses that have already been sold. When challenged on the sale status of the properties, he cancelled the viewings and said "they are sold". These properties are still currently listed as "available" on William H Brown's Harwich Dovercourt website and Rightmove. When I rang the auction-site direct, I was told that one of the properties was sold months ago. To make matters worse, Ellen then proceeded to automatically book viewings for other properties on his books that I hadn't requested. I have taken dated screenshots of all properties and kept all emails on file. I will be reporting Ellen and the Harwich Dovercourt Branch to the National Association of Estate Agents, Propertymark and Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. This branch have wasted my time by pretending to sell houses that are already sold. To deliberately mislead a potential buyer about a property is unethical. If I could sum up my experience with Robert Ellen and his team at Harwich Dovercourt, all that's left to say is .. Buyer Beware.

As a first time buyer daisy have been amazing! Took the fear away from all that comes with buying a house for the first time. Highly recommend, daisy is friendly and very professional!

Despite some hiccups (not down to the estate agents), the process from seeing the flat to getting the keys went smoothly. Thank you to Daniel and Denny for their hard work and dedication.
