        Thoroughly recommended. The main entrance to this grand old building is right on the sea front by the pier, ferry to Felixstowe (not much when you get there though ), Pirate radio Exhibition on the Light Vessel, Mayflower Exhibition and a cafe. The lift takes you to the first floor and the apartment itself. Inside it's beautiful - clean, hygienic, spacious (16 foot high ceilings ) and has everything you need to be self contained. Two bedrooms, bathroom ( a little small but functional ), hallway, big liv1ng room and nicely appointed kitchen with Oven, Hob, Microwave, Dish Washer, Washing Machine and loads of cupboard space. Parking around the back. At least a dozen old time pubs and restaurants within a 10 minute walk - the nearest being next door !
