I can not fault anything to do with this estate agents. From viewing the property to collecting the keys the whole process was effortless. After experiencing a horrendous 7 months from a previous estate agents I decided to buy with Harwich Village Homes and Im so grateful I did. Within 5 weeks I was in my new property and I couldnt be happier. The whole team are such a delight to deal with and are friendly, professional and extremely helpful. The communication and updates were beyond my expectations allowing me to feel secure and comfortable that all was in hand. I never doubted anyone from this company and honestly made the whole moving experience effortless. 100% would recommend this estate agents! There are a genuine, friendly, professional and an honest agency. They even sent me a new home card for the first day I arrived. These little touches mean the world so thank you!

We chose Harwich village to sell our bungalow on a over 55s complex after meeting Paul and his team for the initial valuation. We felt at ease with his local knowledge, the type of property we were selling and the valuation of the property. The rest of the team at Harwich Village were all excellent all the way through from taking pictures/advertising, arranging and viewings. The communication thought-out the sale right up to completion was excellent. The advert appeared online quickly, with high quality pictures, and video tours available. I would highly recommend HVH and would 100% use them again. Harwich village are local and it shows they know the local area well.
