Sold me old out dated baccy the other day caused me to be sick ten times. I've reported them for it to them to council for selling old outdated baccy they refused to change it when asked nicely and bank is investigating fraud because of this. So not buy baccy there it out of date picture is on Facebook for you to see on the day of sale

Really nice people very helpful and happy to assist. This petrol station is the only one i go to as they are very good at customer service. Very impressed. I feel the chap who serves me is outstanding. Good place to go and it has a system for disabled people to honk their horn and they will come out to assist when required. I recommend the BP petrol station to anyone who comes to Harwich

Got shouted at by staff member this morning for scanning my card the wrong way round when buying petrol. Absolute obnoxious person who shouldnt be in the job. Will be making an official complaint
