        So-called 'Harwich' Library is actually located in Dovercourt, (not far from the statute of Queen Victoria on the seafront). It's certainly one of the better Essex local Libraries, because not only does it open regularly & without closing for lunchtime, but it's not cramped like many of the other small town Essex libraries are. Computers & wi-fi are acceptable, & it has a varied selection of books, including local history, something there's no shortage of in neighbouring Harwich...
