Massive thank you to Sue, Dave and all the team, at such a sad time they made the whole process as stress free as possible. They showed compassion, understanding and professionalism from start to finish. Having Dave there on a very difficult day to guide us was a real comfort. The arrangements for my mothers funeral and the support I received was faultless. So many people have commented on how beautiful the service was and not least the incredible respect, professionalism,attention to detail and precision with which every aspect was managed, which leant the whole ceremony such dignity and humanity. This all contributed to making the day both moving and memorable and we are incredibly grateful for that . Thank you

We were all devastated when our Dad died but Sue and Dave and the rest of the team compassionately handled Dad's funeral from first phone call through to the day itself. We wanted the funeral in Chelmsford and they were fine with travelling and ensuring everything went perfectly on the day. We cannot thank them enough.

My family and I would like to express our heartfelt thanks to Dave, Sue and the team for their help and professionalism in organising my Dad's funeral on the 16th January 2023. He had passed away in December 2022 after a short illness. They made a difficult day go better than expected. Everything went to time as promised and nothing was too much trouble. This included an RAF flag draped on the coffin, in honour of Dad's National Service. I would happily recommend the personal care we received at such a heartbreaking time.

What can I say but thank you for care and service that everyone gave not only at Dovercourt but at kirby too. Mum would have been overwhelmed by the whole service and nothing would have been changed it was perfect.
