        Cannot get through to Hermes at all. Tried calling and using the Holly bot on their website to speak to a representative but can't actually get through to speak to a person which is incredibly frustrating. My parcel has been delivered today of considerable value and just dumped behind my neighbour's wheelie bin in the sun when we were at home. I luckily recognised it from the picture they uploaded on the delivery page however if I didn't who knows what could have happened to my expensive parcel. I want to make a complaint but it seems Hermes is doing all it can to make people mad instead of helping them. Will be advising Beauty Bay not to use them again because they are so unreachable and can't deliver to the correct address.
