Do not use this Company, The order did not arrive and was then told it was lost by courier, when order finally arrived had part missing which we were then told its on back order with no date when to expect. It looks like we are not the only ones to experience this problem

Over a week for 10 soakaway crates and some pipe. If you are relying on the next day delivery then go somewhere else.

Very poor service from BP Plastics, I dealt with Shaun and was appalled by the lack of communication skills, sometimes rude on the phone, leaving me without a reply for weeks on end, forgetting crucial details of the job. I was actually unable to obtain a solution to my order due to the poor level of customer service provided. I would certainly not deal with this company again!

read the reviews before ordering. Not a good company. returned an item and ripped off at 81 return charge! Also had to wait 2weeks delaying a job due to incorrect item sent and numerous emails chasing this up.
