C&R were recommended to me after the disastrous collapse of my bathroom ceiling from a leaking flat roof. I was reassured that all necessary works for a repair could be done by them, to a high standard and at a fair price.. This was certainly the case, with Robert & Charlie taking a pride in all aspects their work. I called C & R property services when my tenant caused water damage to my property downstairs. I own a house converted into 5 flats, C & R removed the ceiling replaced it, plastered and decorated to first class standard. This company is quick reliable and uses reasonable pricing 5 stars I recommend.
