Even with virtually no staff, Fiona and Emma were incredibly helpful and patient when clearly very busy in dealing with a bereavement enquiry. Thanks again for your assistance

At 10am today they apparently had the use of only one screen. There were 4 other screens behind the blinds but they said staff on these were too busy doing admin to help the 3 customers waiting. We waited so long we had to leave without getting service.
