Aureus School

The school building and grounds are in a constant mess. The students are constantly having fights with eachother and teachers which are not handled correctly. They do not handle or fix situations the way they are needed and are extremely rude or strict about issues that are not big deals but don't do anything when it comes to forms of bullying or harassment. The teachers focus all your time at home and at school in studying everything, even though most of it is not needed or relevant, they expect the students to put in hours of work in which they do not have for all the lessons you're expected. The food is overpriced and not filling for the prices they put out.

Absolutely shocking behaviour from the staff towards the students and even the students parents/carers. Internal incidents happening weekly, some of which should be reported to the police and the school fail to do so. If you have other options, do NOT send you son/daughter to this school .

My son loves being at Aureus and is growing in confidence every day. The school offers a great balance of mindfulness, wellbeing, academic curriculum and personal development. Each student is valued and all members of staff take the time to ensure that individual needs are accommodated. There is a great strength in leadership and expectation of excellence throughout the school for both staff and students. Aureus welcomes support from parents and I have personally been involved in a number of events, giving me much more appreciation of the wonderful opportunities that are available. I would have no hesitation in recommending this school.
