I cannot praise the lovely receptionist Nikki enough. She squeezed me in for an emergency appointment after I explained my face was swollen and got me in early. And upon arrival she was so friendly and welcoming which helped settle my nerves as I am an extremely nervous patient. The dentist was amazing too, but Nikki really did help me today :-)

Pleasant experience! Contacted reception and spoke to Jo & Nikki in different occassions. Both were lovely and helpful and were very accomodating answering all my questions with clarity. Came here for new patient consultation, and hygiene visit. My consultation was very informative. Akshay went through the cray with me explaining everything what needs to be done and which treatments I could have. I was happy with this appointment that I booked for the treatment and felt I am in good hands. My hygienist Sana was just as good too and gentle With her hands.

Always have a wonderful experience here. (Apologies in advance for any misspelling of names!!!) Nikki on reception is unfailingly welcoming and helpful (and was even able to shift my appointment by half an hour with less than 24 hours notice when I had an unexpected change of plans). As ever speedy and friendly, and sending me away with all the receipts I need to claim through insurance later on. Today I had a hygeine appointment with Sophia and Alfie. Both absolutely lovely. Sophia went to every effort to ask me about my routine, offer practical tips on how to get the best clean (ie not just buy an electric brush but specific angles for brushing, and exercises to open up my mouth to get to those tricky spots). She was also INCREDIBLY careful around a back molar where Ive been having some sensitivity lately, so I had no pain at all and she sent me away with a new toothpaste to apply and relieve pain. Ive had years of terrible teeth problems and have been through a fair few dentists in my time. These guys are definitely up with the best :)
