        We have had multiple issues with the flood doors on our commercial property that we inherited from the previous owners. Having had the door completely jam and needing to call out a locksmith i have spent the last 2 weeks calling and email aquobex with NO reply. Appalling service, would never use again

        This company have mismeasured two door openings one twice. Their communication and customer service standards are sadly lacking I do not normally bother to fill in this sort of feedback. We have and would not want anyone else to have the same experience. Twelve months after first enquiry we still have two openings unprotected against flood
