I can't recommend Oxon conversions highly enough. From the initial consultation to the completion of the works, every step was explained and delivered with a minimum of fuss and maximum of professionalism and courtesy. Incredibly impressive that we were able to have these done with two small children and one parent working from home. Furthermore, the documentation is top notch. A really great team.

Oxon Conversions has been our best experience of any build work - and we have had a fair amount of work done on our house. We embarked upon the loft conversion after experiencing issues following a previous extension. Not only did Oxon Conversions remedy the problem, they identified and rectified other issues that we were not aware of. From the initial point of contact, they have been consistently responsive and professional, communicating regularly and efficiently with us on all items. Their customer service is very high standard. The quotation package was very clear and provided all the detail of what to expect and when, as well as what was included. We cannot speak highly enough of Joel, Mason and Brandon who carried out the build work. Their attention to detail and finish was exemplary and they were extremely personable and respectful of our home and family (we have 2 small kids who they were very tolerant of! They still ask after "the builders"). Equally, Dennis, Simon and Steve employed amazing care and skill to the electrics, plumbing and plastering respectively - all were evidently brilliant in their fields, and incredibly personable, professional and respectful of our home. It is a huge credit to Greg and Oxon Coversions that they have such an outstanding team. We also have to mention that the other contractors engaged were also very reliable and professional - all the work was carried out to a very high standard. Each of them gave unsolicited high praise for Oxon Conversions which speaks volumes! When we first met Greg we voiced our concerns about embarking on the loft project after having had a bad previous experience. Greg took our comments and concerns in hand and gave honest reassurance and advice about how he saw the project taking shape. He delivered on everything he said he would do (as set out in the quotation package) and we could not be more impressed. The finished conversion is stunning and we are delighted with it. We have received many compliments about the design (which was 100% Greg's conception, overcoming some tricky challenges with the space). We honestly couldn't recommend Oxon Conversions enough to anyone looking to have a build project done. They are just brilliant and we are absolutely confident that they were the best choice!

We are delighted with our new loft conversion, I would highly recommend Oxon Conversions. They converted our loft this summer (2022) and did an amazing job. It has transformed our house and living space. They delivered within budget, ahead of schedule and with the highest quality of workmanship. The staff working for Oxon Conversions are very polite, professional, hard working and very considerate. Truly outstanding company and would be very happy to use them again.

The team at Oxon Conversions changed our life. It may seem a bit of an overstatement, but the results speak for themselves. From the moment Greg first visited and listen to our requirements for our extension, the process was made to feel simple and easy. The design & planning process seemed effortless, with Greg taking our ideas and turning them into reality, whist making recommendations on the layout and structure, all the time being mindful of out budget. From Day 1 of the build, Ian and the team worked tirelessly to make the plans a reality, again making suggestions during the build to help us achieve the best results for our budget. The build took a total of 12 weeks and we were kept informed of progress almost on a daily basis. Ian also helped us by making recommendations during the build that have given us the WOW factor in our house, that we don't believe most architects would provide, let alone builders. The team worked tirelessly to keep to the schedule, and were always very clean, tidy and mindful, ensuring minimal disruption to not only our house, but also were mindful of the neighbours. They were the epitome of professionalism at all times, courteous and respectful to everyone in the street. We cannot recommend them enough and as I said at the start, the results speak for themselves.
