I have used GLB Services for over 14 years and cannot fault their level of customer service. They have never let me down and have attended to my boiler/rayburn problems extremely swiftly and efficiently, even out of office hours and at bank holiday weekends. They have worked with myself to find a solution to a problem we had with the boiler intake a few years back, and it is partially because of this experience, not leaving me the customer to fend for myself and supporting me throughout the process that I can wholeheartedly and unreservedly recommend GLB! According to my husband I am a difficult woman to please, so rest assured this is a genuine review! Update - Graham the founder of the business sold in 2018/19? To Ford Fuel Services. unfortunately the business no longer had the same appeal & I followed an ex GLB employee who set up on his own from whom I still enjoy the great GLB service.

A poor experience. The company charged me 93 callout for a few minutes , the engineer just pressed the restart button, didn't even bother to put the boiler cover back on. Very overpriced.the call out is only for 30 minutes then 50 plus vat per hour. I dont intend to use their services again. Be warned.
