Before we ordered from KG &son we ordered from a company called HouseFuels which are now called CPL Distribution ordered a ton of smokeless coal on the 16th Feb and chose the date of the 24th Feb for delivery,four days before delivery they phoned me to ask if they could deliver direct from their yard and it would be stacked for me Great I thought save me the job.Friday arrived and nothing by midday so I emailed them only to be informed that there had been a problem and it will be delivered next week but with a pallet delivery company which ment I'd have to stack it myself.Cut a long story short the following Friday arrived and still no coal si I rang them and they couldn't say when it would be so I cancelled it. Hoping to get my money back.We had run out of coal by now and my wife suffers from cancer treatment after effects so can't get cold. Well I rang KG & Son and spoke to a very nice lady and ordered half a ton I paid an extra 15 for an early delivery which would have been Monday but the lovely lady phoned me back and said it'd be delivered the next day. I can't thank and recommend them enough.Service over and beyond.
