Brilliant; the staff very kindly managed to fit in a party of 5 during a very busy service when tables had been booked. We were split in to a table for 2 and a table for 3; this was not an issue considering the members of our party. The staff had a level of banter with both colleagues and guests which added to the atmosphere. A very warm welcome. The food was fantastic, the best fish dish I have ever eaten. Highly recommend this, particularly as it is a community pub. Kid-friendliness: Young children were there during our visit

Went yesterday for lunch. Food took a while to come but it was the best food we have had out in a long time and well worth the wait. The fish sandwich was amazing!! Look forward to going back.
