        Matthew arrived within half an hour of my phone call for help late on a Friday afternoon. He was extremely efficient and effective, and had all the necessary equipment for the job. He went about his work with a pleasant sense of humour. We were back to normal in next to no time.

        Professional and prompt. It wasn't cheap, but Matthew worked very hard to remove the grout and scale which had been dumped down the drain my unscrupulous builders! He has sorted an ongoing issue out for us - thank you!
