        So we contacted Westward Joinery as they had been recommended by other trademen. First made contact early Jan. Waited till mid April for them to come and look at the window that we wanted to replace. After loads of chasing I finally got a text message end June to say"I will have to pass on this window as we are very busy... since (you contacted us) I have secured other contracts. I am sorry but I need to make commercial decisions for the good of my staff". So they might do good work but if you are a small customer they really don't seem interested. I don't like writing bad reviews so I am going to go now and write good review for a tradesman that has actually done a good job.
