        The bald guy behind the counter is extremely rude, no customer service at all! Went to return a parcel, he was so rude to me and not helpful at all and instead got angry at me when I couldnt scan the parcel. Wish I could give it less than a one star tbh. Dont go here

        The guy behind the desk is so rude! He was having a domestic on the phone with his wife when I walked in. I wanted to return an evri parcel, he shouted at me to touch the screen and scan, it wasnt connected to the internet and wouldnt work. He shouted again, touch the screen!!! I told him its not connected and not to shout at me! He said then I dont know and didnt want to help. Very rude!!! Ill also be reporting to everi. Dont bother! Go to Longfield coop instead, they are very helpful and polite this guy has no customer service skills,, absolutely disgusting the way he speaks to women
