I ordered my contraceptive pill as usual and when I went to collect and get my biometrics taken, I really felt that the staff at the pharmacy didnt know what they were doing. At first, the staff were almost arguing over who was going to take my biometrics and it made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. The lady who eventually came to deal with me didnt even know how to put the BP cuff on, I had to do it myself. She said shed take 2 readings, which is ideal because my first reading is often a bit too high, then the first reading that came up she said was perfect. Then next thing I know, they cant dispense my prescription because it had been declined. I could hear them discussing it behind the counter - it was because my reading was too high despite her telling me it was perfect. When she came over to give me the bad news, she just said it was declined for an unknown reason and I had to go through 111.
So this was a complete waste of my time and I will now run out of my pill before I can get another prescription sorted.
