C & T Roofing of Kent

SCAMMERS! I hired C & T Roofing of Kent to fix a leak on my roof in March 2018. They reassured me that the work would be guaranteed for 12 years and I trusted them. I was told, that I would have three people come and fix the roof and it would take the entire day. However, only one person showed up and left after half days work. Eighteen months later, the roof is still leaking in exactly the same place and seems to have got a lot worse. Water has started to seep through the ceiling and is cracking. When I called, C & T Roofing of Kent to come and rectify the issue, they said I need to pay an additional 500 for the repair. I am presently taking the company to court and they are denying that they ever carried out any work in my house even though I have an invoice from them and photos as proof. These guys are cowboys and the guarantee they sell you is not even worth the paper it is written on. Also, when I mentioned that I would be leaving a negative review I was threatened by Charles. I will not be recommending or using these guys ever again. I am now having to pay more money to another company to get the same problem fixed, as they did such a bad job.

I contacted Charlie on the 18th June 2019 to replace 3 unions and clean the gutters. His son Josh arrived on the Saturday to complete the work. Which was done efficiently. However once I had paid them and they left. I realised that I had overpaid and phoned Josh straight away. I explained the situation and he told me that he would arrange for the money to dropped through my letter box. After several attempts in contacting them via text message asking for the overpaid money, they have have failed to return the money or any of my messages. On that basis I would not use this company ever again

William from c and t roofing has done a wonderful job redoing two flat roofs with fasciae soffits and guttering too his quote was reasonable and he was always on time. He also mended two fence panels for me and is coming back next week to clad an outside office building, this is a thoroughly reliable company. From Sandra West Kingsdown

Charles & Josh recently replaced my roofs lead flashing. They were very quick to detect the problem and gave a competitive quote to complete the work; a couple of days later the job was done! A very good, professional service from an established family run business. I would recommend them highly.

Gave C&T a call to get a quote to cap a chimney. He arrived the next day, have 3 options of varying prices and followed up with an email confirmation with a very reasonable price for the complete work. He arrived a week later to complete the job. I would highly recommend them and will use again if any other issues arise with the roof or chimney.
