Charles initially worked with me to remove the back pain I was suffering. I had seriously injured my back and Charles was able to relieve me of the stress and tension I was carrying in my back. It was a huge relief and I couldn't believe what could be achieved in one session. On another occasion Charles worked with me on my mindset to establish my goals and get a real focus on what I wanted to achieve. While I would not have initially thought of hypnotherapy as a route to achieving this it really helped to clear my mind and get focused on goals that truly resonated with me. I would highly recommend Charles as a hypnotherapist with many other talents.

Charles helped to completely eradicate my daughters anxiety and stress around everyday tasks. She has always been a confident young woman, but exam stress and social media had caused her to be anxious around the smallest thing. Charles did actually smash the stressful life experiences I had listed within one session. I totally recommend him. He takes time to get in-depth information about your health and issues so he can cater the session to you. Good sense of humour and down to earth. I recommend him. Thank you.
