I never thought I'd say that selling a house was a pleasurable experience, but having not sold a property for many years I was expecting it to consume vast amounts of time and involve lots of chasing... not the case with Martin Tolhurst! I was selling remotely so had some concerns, but they made it as simple as possible. They are approachable and friendly and the whole process was took a fraction of the time I thought it would.
