Slow to get back to you, slow to act, you always feel like an unwanted nuisance to get rid off as quickly as possible when youre there and has failed its duties on keeping you safe well informed in regards to referrals and waiting times

I had post menopausal bleeding. Doctor Stokes got me scanned in 7 days and sitting in front of a consultant gynaecologist within the next 7 days. I'm so grateful and really impressed with the service I've had from both the GP practice and Darenth Valley Hospital. I couldn't have had better service from a private practice or hospital. Thank you so much.

Inadequate level of care for my elderly parents. Econsults only, often not read properly, and as a result things missed. Hard, if not impossible, to get even the simplest most basic level of care there. Let alone for complex needs. I fear for my parents health with how things are right now. Everything is a fight with this surgery.

If I could give them 0 stars I would , what is the point having the surgery when they always have an excuse to not give appointments, appointments always cancelled, cant get through on the line - take months to do anything - they recommend go to a&e when all you need is Antibitoics , should be shut down

Had a complete mental breakdown and an attempt on my life in February. So far the surgery has failed 5 times to contact me when I have made appointments with a note each time saying wrong phone number. On every booking I checked my phone number and also confirmed my number with the receptionist. Its the same with the mental health team, they didn't arrange my medication like they said and failed to contact me after two weeks, again as they said. Was referred to KMPT and has an assessment on the 9th March and told I would hear from them in 2-3 weeks, its now been practically a month and no contact. I did call them on the 3rd April as I desperately need help, spoke to the receptionist who told me that nothing has been written down as to what is happening apart from a note saying he spoke with me and will discuss my needs in tomorrow's meeting but no note on the outcome of that meeting or contact with me. Not only can they not do their job but cannot even follow simple checks and measures to keep vulnerable people safe.
