Having endured this practice for a number of years its time to write a review. Much like dealing with the surgery itself, writing a review is an infuriating challenge. For some reason they have two accounts on google (perhaps to dilute their bad reviews) So I will post on both. Jubilee group is a surgery where GP's appear determined to do everything they can to NOT see patients. They make it as difficult as possible to engage and book with the surgery, through excessive telephone queing and awkward booking schemes. I managed to get an appointment a few weeks back. I had to use their online booking sytem E consult. This takes about 15 mins to do, much longer that what should be a quick call to the surgery. I then get a text/email saying I will receive a call on a particular day, no time given. On said day I get a call, Im busy at work and cant answer. They leave a message. I ring back later. They say I have missed my appointment and need to book through E consult again. I said a few expletives at the receptionsist and then she booked my an appt the old fashioned way. On appt day I waited in a queue for 15 mins in the cold outside to get to the receptionist desk, I finally got inside. At 8.45am in the morning, the waiting room was completely...empty. Under normal circumstances, this room should be packed full at this time. So I took a photo. What is going on with this place? This practice has been getting worse and worse for several years, COVID seems to have given them an excuse to basically just dissapear. This surgery is a disgrace. CQC has marked it as "Needs improvement". Needs a great deal of improvement to meet what I would call a basic standard of service. I rang today to book an apppointment for my unwell 6 year old son. Refused to book over the phone so onto E consult, Takes 15 mins, then at the end of that I get a message saying the surgery will be in touch by the end of tommorow. In a word, disgusting.

I walked into practise and asked for appointment to receptionist. Cannot get the appointment on NHS app. Or e-consult not on the app. Told I could not book even though stood right there. Totally fed up!!! Not for first time. Appointments harder to get than ever!

Had an operation that required stitches. A few days after the dressing was removed the wound became infected. Was told by the (not local) hospital to see the GP. Easier said than done. Longfield surgery was closed for the afternoon due to staff shortages and the receptionist at NAG was extremely unhelpful, telling us that a doctor wouldnt touch it. Wouldnt let us book an appointment or arrange a call even though we showed her the infection. Ended up going to the minor injury clinic in Gravesend who instantly wrote a prescription for antibiotics. They were also confused as to why we had gone to them but thankfully were very helpful. Would not recommend this surgery.
