Professionalism as soon as you walk in the door , Sandeep my personal dentist made me feel welcome as a newcomer , very thorough in her explanation about my work to be carried out and explained everything . Theresa ,sandeeps companion in the room was professional and very helpful . 5 stars .

I have nothing but praise for this excellent Dental Practice in Hartley which should be nominated for an Investors In People Award for its first class service. The efficiency of the Reception Staff blended with their personable approach, leads to a very high standard of customer service.The professional dentistry skills of Gary Dorman and his associates never ceases to amaze me! Now I have experienced the expertise of Caroline Askew as an oral surgeon with an extraction, I am even more impressed. She works brilliantly and uses her charisma to very good effect by calming patients and talking them through every step of the way. Caroline is a wonderful asset to the whole team who work together so very well. Many congratulations to everyone who plays their own part in a superbly integrated and friendly team.
