I got a brilliant service from VM CARS. I had the nightmare of buying a car that went wrong very quickly, when I took it back they changed parts and seemed to have it sorted, I traveled about 2 hours from home at first to pick it up but after it went wrong they drove it back to me. Within 24 hours an engine light came on again now panicking I spoke to VM CARS again who said to take it for local diagnostics, which I did they agreed on the work and price, it was booked in to be sorted a few days later, when another problem made the car difficult to drive I spoke to VM again and asked for a refund, with no hesitation they gave me a full refund with the price of diagnostic and came and picked up the car, they apologised and tried to find a similar car, I was looking for 7 seater so it wasnt possible. I believe they didnt have any idea the car would do what it done and was very impressed with how much they tried to resolve the situation, they always got back to me promptly and killed a lot of the stereotypes I had about 2nd hand car dealers. I would recommend VM CARS you can really judge a business by how they deal with things going wrong and I feel they done everything I could expect from a professional company. Thank you VM CARS

I am appalled with the service I received. The way I was spoken to really disgusted me by their sales person in condescending mannerism.
